CUDA, ArrayFire, and Jacket

Postby miske » Tue Jul 24, 2012 11:19 am

I have a simple question to ask before I mess things up. Running CentOS 6.3 64-bit with CUDA 4.2, driver 304.22, and ArrayFire v1.2 (free). How will Jacket installation work with this setup, and are there going to be conflicts between vanilla CUDA and the CUDA included with the Jacket installation?
Jacket v2.3 (build b55c105) || Tesla C1060 || GTX 580
CentOS 6.3 64-bit || CUDA Driver: 310.19
MATLAB: R2012b

Hi miske,

You should not have a problem. The files inside jacket are modified to work with the cuda version included with the Jacket installation only (not the vanilla version).

Let us know if you are having any problems.
