Jacket feature request: lscov & lsqnonneg

Postby Paul Bassan » Thu Sep 13, 2012 6:55 am

I would like to request the following for Jacket:

1. lscov
2. lsqnonneg
3. imrotate to work with 3D matrices (currently I loop through the layers)
4. libsvm (A support vector machine library written in C/C++, package contains mex files for Matlab): http://www.csie.ntu.edu.tw/~cjlin/libsvm/
- These guys have already got it running with CUDA: http://mklab.iti.gr/project/GPU-LIBSVM
- Optimisations can be done in parallel which is nice
5. More machine learning in general

Thanks in advance,
