MultiThreaded code

Postby r0man » Wed Mar 26, 2014 11:41 am

Hello, i'm trying yours trial version of AF 2.0 in my code. My programm invoke 2 threads in each of which just creates AF array, as a result - error like this:
src/gena/gi_core.cpp:57:error: src/license.cpp: 472: failed to obtain af_base license (error -45: Invalid parameter. )
Feature : af_base
FLEXnet Licensing error: -42,252
(if i use only 1 thread everything works well)
Is it right that no way to use AF for programms like mine?

Hi

You may want to try to run a simple arrayfire function (af::randu(2,2)) before you launch the threads so the appropriate license is checked out.

If you are still having trouble, please let us know so we can try to resolve the issue.
