Mathematica to MATLAB conversion

Postby melonakos » Wed Jan 12, 2011 9:58 pm

One researcher is looking for ways to port Mathematica code to MATLAB for use with Jacket:

I have an algorithm implemented in Mathematica. Is there an efficient method to get at least a rough translation into standard Matlab code. I could use that Matlab code as a start (and then use the Jacket functions for GPU Computing...)

Anyone have suggestions on how to convert Mathematica code to MATLAB code? A quick google search and I found this: http://library.wolfram.com/infocenter/MathSource/577/, but I'm not sure how good that is since I've never used it myself.
